Ways to pay

Payment plans for dental implants

This is the route most people we help end up taking. A plan is arranged by the clinic or by an independent finance provider, usually decided within days of your consultation, so treatment can start without waiting on anyone else.
The first call is free and obligation free, and cost is usually the first thing people ask about.

No. Approval is always the provider's decision

It is not just about teeth

When your teeth affect your everyday life

You deserve to understand your options.

Avoiding certain foods. Hiding your smile. Putting off a conversation because you are worried about the cost. If any of that feels familiar, you are not alone.
Start with a conversation. A consultant can explain the treatment options and ways to pay, then help arrange an assessment with an independent partner dentist when you are ready.

What it is

What it actually is

Spread it out, start sooner.

You take the written treatment plan from your consultation and apply to the clinic or to a finance provider they work with. If it is approved, the provider pays the clinic and you repay the provider over an agreed term.
We are not a credit provider and we are not paid by any finance provider. What we do is tell you which providers the clinic works with, and what each one tends to look for, before you apply anywhere.

What it involves

Before you start

What has to be true

Set out plainly, so you can weigh it up yourself.

This is a guide to the conversation rather than a decision. Nobody on our side makes that decision, and this page is not advice about your own circumstances.

Including the parts nobody enjoys explaining.

Timings are what we typically see rather than commitments, because the decisions are not ours to make.

1

The consultation

You cannot apply for a plan until you know the figure, and the figure comes from the written treatment plan the dentist produces at your consultation.

Your consult

2

Choosing a provider

Your consultant tells you which providers the clinic works with and what each tends to look for. You are not obliged to use any of them, and you can arrange your own finance if you prefer.

3

The application

You apply to the provider directly. They assess it on their own criteria and tell you their decision. We are not part of that decision and never see it before you do.

Usually days

4

Treatment begins

The provider pays the clinic, your treatment dates are booked, and you repay the provider on the terms you agreed with them.

Questions worth asking the provider

Straight talk

We are paid by the clinic

Not by a lender, and not by a super fund.

We are paid by the clinic, not by any finance provider and not by any super fund. That is the whole reason we can tell you honestly which route is realistic for you instead of steering you towards one.
Get Dental Implants is not a dental practice, not a credit provider and not a financial adviser. We explain the routes at a general level and connect you with a dentist. We do not prepare or lodge ATO applications.

Common questions

About payment plans for implants

About this route in particular.

If you are weighing this against another route, the consultant will go through all three without pushing one.

Ask before you apply anywhere.

Leave your details and a consultant calls you back, usually the same day, and tells you honestly whether this route fits your situation.

You are not automatically ruled out. Some providers specialise in applicants that mainstream lenders decline, including pensioners and people on Centrelink payments.
Approval is decided by the provider on their own criteria, never by us, and it is never guaranteed. Your consultant will tell you which providers the clinic works with before you apply anywhere. There is more on this in dental implants on a pension.
Not always. No deposit options are available depending on the provider and on what they decide about your application.
Ask the provider directly what a deposit would change about the rate or the term, because sometimes it changes both. Read what no deposit plans really cost.
Usually days once you have the written treatment plan in hand. That is the main reason people choose a plan over a super application when they want to start sooner.
The clinic can often lodge it the same week as your consultation.
Another provider may still say yes, because they do not all assess the same way. Your consultant can tell you who else the clinic works with.
If a plan is not available to you, the written treatment plan includes a lower option, and early release of super may be worth asking your dentist about.
No. We are paid by the clinic, not by any finance provider and not by any super fund. We have nothing to gain from steering you towards one route over another.
Get Dental Implants is not a credit provider and does not provide financial advice.

Your next step

Work out if this is right for you.

A consultant talks you through treatment, likely costs and all the payment options on the phone, so you have a clear picture before deciding what to do next.

Talk to a consultant

Three quick questions, then your details. A consultant calls you, usually the same day.

How many teeth are missing or failing?
How are you thinking of paying?

There is no wrong answer, and nothing here is a commitment. It only tells the consultant what to talk you through first. Early release of super is decided by the ATO, requires acute or chronic dental pain, and is never guaranteed. Read how each route works.

We will only use your details to contact you about dental implant treatment. Read our privacy policy.
