Get Dental Implants

Book your $75 implant consult

Avoiding favourite foods or hiding your smile? Start with a conversation about your options. A $75 dentist consultation includes examination, X-rays, 3D scans and a written treatment plan with itemised costs.

Book your consult

Work out if this is right for you.

A consultant talks you through treatment, likely costs and all the payment options on the phone, so you have a clear picture before deciding what to do next.

Talk to a consultant

Free to send, free to talk. The $75 is only taken on the call, once you decide to book.

How many teeth are missing or failing?
How are you thinking of paying?

There is no wrong answer, and nothing here is a commitment. It only tells the consultant what to talk you through first. Early release of super is decided by the ATO, requires acute or chronic dental pain, and is never guaranteed. Read how each route works.

We will only use your details to contact you about dental implant treatment. Read our privacy policy.

The consultation

What your $75 covers

Four things, all included, nothing billed separately.

This is the appointment that turns "I do not know what this would involve or cost" into a plan on paper with numbers on it. Everything below is part of the $75.

The appointment

What actually happens on the day

Nothing is done to your teeth. Not on this visit.

Allow about an hour, though it varies by clinic and by how much there is to look at. Bring any recent X-rays if you happen to have them, and your questions if you can remember to write them down.

01

A full examination

The dentist examines your mouth and asks about your history, including what you have had done before and what went wrong with it. This is the part where being honest saves you time, and none of it gets a raised eyebrow.

First, and unhurried

02

The imaging

An OPG X-ray and a 3D CBCT scan. The scan is what shows the bone, and the bone is what decides how many implants a jaw needs and whether grafting comes into it. Without it, nobody can quote you honestly.

Both included

03

The written plan

Your options, set out and itemised, with different costs to suit your budget. The dentist explains what each trade off actually means clinically, so you can make an informed choice.

Yours to keep

04

The money conversation

Every payment route explained: outright, a payment plan, or early release of super where your dentist believes you may be likely to qualify. Nobody pushes one. You take the plan home and think about it.

No decision needed

What treatment suits you is decided by the treating dentist after the examination and the 3D scans, and any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Only the dentist can assess whether you are likely to qualify for early release of super, and only the ATO decides. Get Dental Implants is not a dental practice and does not provide dental treatment.

What you leave with

Straight talk

So where is the catch?

There isn't one, and here is why there doesn't need to be.

A consultation like this is normally priced well above $75, mostly because of the imaging. It is fair to wonder what we are getting out of it.
We are paid by the partner clinic. That is the whole model. It means the consultation can be priced as an entry point rather than a profit centre, and it means we have nothing to gain from steering you towards one payment route over another, because none of them pay us.
You are free to decide against treatment. Leaving with a plan, your scans and a clearer understanding of your options is still a useful outcome.

Afterwards

Then there is paying for the treatment

Three routes. You will be walked through all of them.

Not on this page and not today, because none of it means anything until you have a figure from the written plan. But it is the question everybody is really asking, so here is the short version.

Common questions

About booking your consult

Asked before booking, usually in this order.

If something here is still holding you back, say it on the call. It is free and nothing has been taken.

Nothing is taken until you say so.

The form sends your details to a consultant. They call you, usually the same day, and the $75 is only taken once you decide to book.

No. The form takes no payment and there is no card field on it. It sends your details to a consultant so they can call you.
The $75 is taken by card on that call, and only once you have had your questions answered and decided to book. If you decide not to, nothing is taken.
A full examination with one of our partner implant dentists, an OPG X-ray and a 3D CBCT scan, and a written treatment plan that itemises the costs with different cost options to suit your budget. The imaging alone is usually billed separately elsewhere.
The whole package is valued at $375. The plan is yours to keep and take away whether or not you go ahead.
The consultation is genuinely $75 and there is nothing else to pay on the day. We are paid by the partner clinic, which is how the consultation can be priced the way it is.
What we are buying with it is a proper conversation rather than a lead. If you decide against treatment, we have spent our money and you have a written plan and your scans. That is a trade we are happy with.
Typically one to two weeks from your enquiry, depending on clinic availability in your city. The consultant will tell you what the next available appointments actually look like when they call.
If you need it sooner, say so on the call. Cancellations come up and they will tell you honestly whether anything can be moved.
No. The form asks how you are thinking about paying only so the consultant knows what to talk you through first, and there is no wrong answer to it.
Plenty of people book the consultation with no idea how they will fund treatment, get the written plan, and work it out from there. That is a perfectly sensible order to do it in.
Tell the consultant on the call. Every partner clinic on our list has to treat people with zero judgement, and a good number of our patients have avoided dentists for years before they come to us.
The consultation is an examination, a scan and a conversation. Nothing is done to your teeth on the day.
Yes, and it is a good idea. A second set of ears helps when a treatment plan is being explained, and plenty of people bring a partner or an adult child.
Mention it when the consultant books you in so the clinic knows to expect two of you.
