Get Dental Implants

Contact us

Everything comes through the form, and a person calls you back. There is no switchboard and no general inbox, which is deliberate: the form reaches a consultant directly, so whoever rings you can actually answer the question you asked.

It is not just about teeth

When your teeth affect your everyday life

You deserve to understand your options.

Avoiding certain foods. Hiding your smile. Putting off a conversation because you are worried about the cost. If any of that feels familiar, you are not alone.
Start with a conversation. A consultant can explain the treatment options and ways to pay, then help arrange an assessment with an independent partner dentist when you are ready.

Start here

Which one is you?

Three reasons people get in touch, and the quickest route for each.

All three end at the same form. Say in the call which one you are and it saves everybody a step.

"I want to know what my options are."

The most common one by a distance. A consultant explains what the treatments involve, what the consultation covers, and how people pay for this, before you commit to anything.

"I have an appointment already booked."

For the appointment itself, including running late or rescheduling, contact the clinic directly on the details in your confirmation. They hold your file. For anything on our side, come back here.

"Something went wrong, or I have a complaint."

Send the form and say so. A person calls you rather than sending a template reply. Clinical matters are also accountable through AHPRA and your state health complaints body.

What happens next

After you hit send

No black hole, and no hold music.

The worst part of contacting any business is not knowing whether the message went anywhere. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
An automated text goes out within moments, so you know it landed and you have something to reply to. A consultant then calls you, usually the same day, and that call is free with nothing taken and nothing booked. If you send the form late in the evening or over a weekend, expect to hear from someone the next business day.
If the timing is bad when we ring, say so and we will call back when it suits. If you decide it is not for you, tell the consultant and that is the end of it.

Why there is no phone number

Because a number gets you a receptionist, and a receptionist cannot tell you what a treatment plan is likely to involve or what a super application actually requires.

The legal bits

Our business details

Required in some situations, and fair to publish in all of them.

Awaiting client sign off

Registered business details go here

Three things are needed before launch and none of them can be written from the brief: the registered entity name and ABN, a postal or registered address, and a published contact address for privacy requests and complaints.
The last one is not optional. The Privacy Act requires a contact point for access, correction and complaint requests about personal information, and the privacy policy has to name it. A lead capture form alone does not satisfy it, because someone asking about their data may not want to be called back by a sales consultant.
A dedicated address, kept separate from the lead form and monitored by whoever handles privacy, is the usual answer. It stays off the rest of the site so it does not become another enquiry channel.
Get Dental Implants is not a dental practice and does not provide dental treatment. If your question is about an appointment, a treatment plan or anything clinical, the partner clinic is the right place to ask and they will have given you their own contact details when your booking was confirmed.

About the appointment itself, including running late, rescheduling or anything clinical, contact the clinic directly on the details they gave you when your booking was confirmed. They are the ones with your file.
About anything to do with us, including the consultant call, the deposit or a super application we are helping with, send the form on this page and a consultant will call you.
Everything comes through the form. It reaches a consultant directly rather than sitting in a general inbox, and it means the person who calls you back can actually answer your questions.
If your message is about a complaint or about your personal information, say so in the form and it will be routed to the right person.
We use your details to contact you about dental implant treatment, and that is the whole of it. We do not sell your details to anyone.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, on the phone or by replying to the text, and that is the end of it. Our privacy policy sets out how your information is handled.
Tell us. Send the form and say that is what it is about, and a person will call you rather than sending you a template reply. We want to know when a partner clinic has let someone down, because that is how a clinic stops being a partner.
Anything clinical is also accountable through AHPRA and through your state or territory health complaints body, and those routes are open to you whatever we do.
Send the form and mention that in your message. Our standards for partner clinics are set out on how we choose our dentists, and they are the same five for everyone.
We work with a small number of clinics per city rather than a long list, so it is worth reading those standards before you get in touch.

Talk to a consultant

Free, and no obligation. Nothing is booked or taken until you say so.

How many teeth are missing or failing?
How are you thinking of paying?

There is no wrong answer, and nothing here is a commitment. It only tells the consultant what to talk you through first. Early release of super is decided by the ATO, requires acute or chronic dental pain, and is never guaranteed. Read how each route works.

We will only use your details to contact you about dental implant treatment. Read our privacy policy.
