Sound familiar?

You have been living around your teeth for long enough.

The problem is bigger than a smile.

Most people who contact us have spent years adapting: avoiding photos, choosing food by what they can chew, covering their mouth and assuming treatment is out of reach. You do not need to know the answer yet. You only need a clear place to start.

01

Hiding your smile

You turn away from cameras or keep your mouth closed, even around people you love.

02

Eating around it

You choose the soft option and quietly stop ordering the food you actually want.

03

Putting it off

Cost, embarrassment or a bad experience has made the first step feel harder than it should.

04

Not knowing where to start

You need honest answers about treatment, cost and payment before you can make a decision.

You are not the only one

You already know what it costs you.

Every single day.

The closed mouth smile

You have perfected it. Photos, meetings, first dates. Nobody has seen your teeth in years, and you have got very good at making sure of it.

When the camera comes out

You turn away, or you volunteer to take the photo. There are whole years of family albums you are not in.

Ordering by what you can chew

Steak is off the menu. So is corn on the cob, a crisp apple, crusty bread. You pick the soft option and pretend it is what you wanted.
None of it has to be permanent. The first appointment exists to show you, in writing, what would change it and what that would involve.

Before you decide anything

Talk it through with a real person

If you are weighing up full mouth dental implants, a consultant can answer your questions about treatment, cost and the ways to pay, and book you with a partner dentist when you are ready.

First step

A call, not a chair

Every partner clinic

Zero judgement

What we do about it

Nobody here will make you feel small.

We have heard it all, and we mean that kindly.

Our whole team is trained for exactly this conversation, and every partner clinic has to meet the same standard before we send anyone to them. You speak to a consultant on the phone first, so you get answers about cost and payment before you ever have to open your mouth in front of anyone.

How it works

Five steps to new teeth

No surprises, and nothing to work out on your own.

1

01

You get in touch

Fill in the form with your name, mobile, email and city. You will get a text within moments asking if you would like to know more.

Takes a minute

2

02

A consultant calls

A real person, not a receptionist. They answer your questions on treatment and cost, then book you with the right partner dentist.

Usually the same day

3

03

You see the dentist

A full examination with X-rays and 3D scans, then a written treatment plan with costs and every payment option explained.

Typically 1 to 2 weeks later

4

04

You sort the funding

Pay outright, set up a payment plan, or if super is your path, your dentist provides the clinical reports and you apply directly through the ATO.

Days, or 1 to 3 months for super

5

05

Treatment begins

Once funding is in place you pay the dentist directly, and your partner dentist delivers the treatment over one or more appointments.

Set by your treatment plan

Treatment options

Full mouth implants and more

Everything around them, too.

We are not a dental practice. Treatment is provided by independent partner dentists who place implants regularly and do high volumes of full mouth work.

Most requested

All-on-X and full arch implants

Four or more implants supporting a full, fixed arch of teeth. They stay in. You brush them, you eat with them, and after a while you forget about them. It is the treatment our partner dentists do most of, and the one most people come to us asking about.
Best for: failing or missing teeth across a whole jaw, when you want a fixed, permanent solution.

Growing fast

Implant retained dentures

Dentures anchored onto implants, so nothing slips, clicks or has to come out at dinner. A fixed feeling result without the cost of a full arch.
Best for: real stability and confidence at a lower price point than full arch.

Full mouth reconstruction

Both arches restored with implants. The bigger rebuild, for when the damage is not limited to one part of your mouth.
Best for: widespread tooth loss or decay across both jaws.

Multiple implants and bridges

Several implants supporting a bridge, filling a run of missing teeth without touching the healthy ones either side.
Best for: several missing teeth in a row.

Single tooth implants

A titanium post and a crown, replacing one tooth from the root up. Often the first step people take.
Best for: one or a few missing or failing teeth.

Extractions and restorative work

Removing broken or rotten teeth, plus fillings, crowns and root canals. Often needed before implants go in, and it all goes in your written plan. Conventional removable dentures are also available where implants are not suitable.
Best for: the groundwork that has to happen first.
Every mouth is different, so what suits you is decided by the dentist at your consultation, not by a website. Your written treatment plan sets out the recommended options and the exact costs for your situation.

Ways to pay

Three ways to pay

We never push one over another.

Most dentists hand you a quote and leave you to work it out. We do the opposite.

Pay outright

Straight from the treatment plan to booking your treatment dates. Nothing to apply for and nothing to wait on.

Payment plans

No deposit, low interest plans set up by the clinic or a finance provider, usually within days of your consult.

Early release of super

If you are in acute or chronic dental pain and cannot otherwise afford treatment, you may be eligible to apply to the ATO to release some of your super early on compassionate grounds. It is your own money, not a loan.
About super. Early release is decided by the ATO, requires acute or chronic dental pain, and is never guaranteed. Read the ATO's rules. Get Dental Implants does not provide financial advice.

Common questions

The questions we get first

The ones people actually ring up and ask.

If yours is not on this list, ask it on the call. Nobody is timing you.

Still not sure? Ask a person.

Leave your details and a consultant calls you, usually the same day. No obligation.

Book your $75 consult →

A full examination with one of our partner implant dentists, X-rays and 3D scans, OPG and CBCT, and a complete written treatment plan with itemised costs and different cost options to suit your budget. You also get a walk through of every way to pay.
The $75 is your only out of pocket cost to see the dentist.
You may be eligible. Early release of super on compassionate grounds is decided by the ATO, and the requirement is acute or chronic dental pain, that the treatment is not readily available through the public health system, and that you cannot otherwise afford it. A treating dentist has to support the application, and the ATO also requires a second report, typically from a GP or specialist.
Only the dentist can assess whether you are likely to qualify. Our consultants cannot, and nobody can guarantee an ATO approval. If it turns out to be your path, your dentist provides the clinical reports and the ATO explains how to apply.
It depends on how many implants you need, the condition of your jaw, and whether any extractions or restorative work have to happen first. That is exactly why the written treatment plan at your consult sets out itemised costs for your situation, with different cost options to suit your budget.
No. Get Dental Implants is not a dental practice and does not provide dental treatment. Treatment is provided by independent partner dentists. We provide the information, the match to the right dentist, guidance through every payment option, and the booking.
From enquiry to your consultation is typically one to two weeks, depending on clinic availability. A payment plan is usually approved within days. An ATO decision on early release of super typically takes one to three months in our experience.
How long treatment itself takes depends on your plan and what you need.
That describes most of the people we help, and it changes nothing about how you will be treated. Every partner clinic has to meet our standard on this. You speak to a consultant on the phone first, so you get answers about cost and payment before you have to show anyone your teeth.
No. The first call is free and obligation free. The consultation is $75, and after it you have a written plan and full costs to take away and think about. Deciding not to proceed is no problem at all.

Your next step

Work out if this is right for you.

A consultant talks you through treatment, likely costs and all the payment options on the phone, so you have a clear picture before deciding what to do next.

Talk to a consultant

Three quick questions, then your details. A consultant calls you, usually the same day.

How many teeth are missing or failing?
How are you thinking of paying?

There is no wrong answer, and nothing here is a commitment. It only tells the consultant what to talk you through first. Early release of super is decided by the ATO, requires acute or chronic dental pain, and is never guaranteed. Read how each route works.

We will only use your details to contact you about dental implant treatment. Read our privacy policy.
